Our charges for postage and packaging:

• United Kingdom - Free of charge;
• Rest of World - £1.50 per order

Other than through this site, orders can be placed by post, phone, fax and email to the details on the Contact page.

Our aim is quality of service. We will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being received. If you telephone us, you will be greeted by a person and not a machine, other than when we are inundated with calls or outside office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) in which case please leave a message and someone will phone you back as soon as possible.
